It's Only Rock 'n' Roll takes the listeners back to the golden age of Rock 'n' Roll music. The show sometimes features a year from the mid to late 50s or early 60s or may feature an interview with a living legend of the Rock 'n' Roll scene.
Some featured artists have been: Pat Boone, Helen Shapiro, Little Anthony, Chubby Checker, Jerry Naylor (The Crickets), JP Richardson Jr., Bobby Vee and many,, many more.
Presented by Alex East, also known as DJ Al E. Cat, the show also features interviews with some of the living legends of Rock 'n' Roll and some of up-and-coming stars of tomorrow.
Each show lasts an hour and is split into two 29 minute sections to allow for commercial breaks half way through.
